Congratulations to these swimmers for completing Hell Week this past week!! All of these swimmers came to all five hardcore morning swims, all five intense dryland practices and all hardcore afternoon swims!! It was a very tiring week but filled with hard work from all swimmers that attended. Swimmers who completed all practices got a small prize of a tie dye tshirt made by junior coach Adison Grady and myself.
