Last Swimmer of the Week (August 1st-4th) goes to Adalynn Plett!! Adalynn worked really hard the week leading into Regionals and she had a great meet. During that meet she realized when her technique was a little off and the things she needed to do to fix that during her races, she was very focused and that helped her to get best times and aggregate medals.
