Swimmer of the Week (August 2nd-6th) goes to Brenna McCleary!! Brenna was very nervous about the Dawson Creek meet but she turned that nervousness into motivation!! Swimmer of the Week- HELL WEEK (July 19th-23rd) goes to Josh Wu!! Josh was one of the swimmers who completed all of hell week and he really stepped it up this week with swimming. He really made an effort to improve his strokes, make faster pace times and had some best time swims during practice. Josh will also get an extra prize of a hell week towel (arriving soon!). Congratulations to these swimmers for completing Hell Week this past week!! All of these swimmers came to all five hardcore morning swims, all five intense dryland practices and all hardcore afternoon swims!! It was a very tiring week but filled with hard work from all swimmers that attended. Swimmers who completed all practices got a small prize of a tie dye tshirt made by junior coach Adison Grady and myself.
